Yep, but can be unlocked for $2.63AU on eBay. Is a good seller, have used before. Got the code in about 10 minutes

I bought two of these for the kids to GO, they both had issues with Pokemon GO detecting the GPS even though it worked in Google Maps. The first one mysteriously started working after about an hour. The second started working even more mysteriously after 3 days.
Long press the LOCATION switch and make sure its set to "High Accuracy" There's barely a mobile in existance anymore that doesnt need mobile data assistance to get an even SLIGHTLY acceptable lock.
So it's Alcatel Pixie 4.5 4G?
Is this phone work well with Vodafone network?
