I was looking at Sheridan's current spend & save offer ($50 off $200, $100 off $300, etc), and saw that Sheridan's Outlet site is also having a 25% off store wide sale. That's extra 25% off on top of the outlet price. The discount will apply in the cart after you log in.
Standard delivery is $9.95 or free when you spend $150 or more.

Yes. Not sure how the website would have known what items were previously in my cart if I had not logged in.
Then you might want to try removing them and then adding them in again to see if it picks up the 25% discount. That has worked for me in the past on other websites.
It was 60% off yesterday and 70% off last week

The 25% applies to their clearances as well. Got some fitted sheets for about $40. Not to mention 12% from cashrewards.
Sheridan Outlet is always 50-70% off or whatever number the marketing department is coming out today. Even on the site now it's "Up to 70% off Warehouse Sale". However 25% off is store-wide extra discount applied on top of the outlet's discounted price.
Still overpriced if you managed to get the $99 sitewide deal
I bought king-size stuff with an RRP of $400+ on that one, with free shipping, cashback and gift.
They sent us on OOS Email for 3 of the quilt cover sets. We managed to get them to honor 3 sets that had a RRP of $550 and still selling for $250 - $300 after final discounts

I bought $250 worth of stuff from them literally just 24 hours ago. I didn't login and checked out with PayPal and didn't get the the 25% on half of the items, including a rather pricey sheet set, even though they didn't qualify as exclusions (luckily I did get the 12% Cashrewards).
What are my options?

Yep, that's what I did. Not holding much hope though as I'm not even a VIP member, so not really sure how I got the additional discount on the other two items.
I'm very impressed with their customer service - game me a full 25% refund because I placed the order hours before the promotion kicked off. And I'm not even a VIP.
Would they have the same prices instore at their outlets? Wanting to save myself the delivery fee if possible.
