Bought a step ladder yesterday after a bit of research on different brands/costs. Found this one cheapest at Bunnings and looks like a bargain to me. Same step ladder at different bunnings found $69 but this one at SA
1.8m Step Ladder - $54 at Bunnings Warehouse, SA (Maybe Nationwide?)

the person who wrote the ticket price in the photo seems to think it's the correct description :)
Also the manufacturer themselves…son to his step ladder:
you're not my real ladder! He's in the 12 step program!
His real ladder abused him.
I wonder how far we can extend this conversation?
Please be aware of the load rating upon these cheaper models.
A solid person, with tools etc will exceed it's safe work load. This is the everyday price? Been meaning to buy one since our old one was nicked from the yard of our old rental before we could move it..
I took a picture at another bunnings yesterday of same ladder and different (higher) the price.
Looks like a standard price for WA at least. Good price for height btw, if for light duty stuff around the house.
https://www.bunnings.com.au/syneco-1-8m-single-sided-100kg-c…That ladder will be quite heavy. Better off going aluminium or fibreglass (expensive) and preferably double sided.
Ladders are like any tool. There's the quality units and then there's the rest. Buy a good one the first time and you save in the long run.
$30 per metre. That's pretty good value.
Our previous 1.5M was $24.90 from Masters back in the day. :>
$24.9, can you remind me please? Thanks
Probably this free delivery deal - it matches my invoice date. :)
I wonder if this ladder is a step above the rest?
Above 1.5M ones.. yes!
i was looking at ladders recently. i don't believe this is any special price/bargain. its cheap because it's heavy steel not aluminium.
can confirm also paid the same Harrisdale, WA…Seems like an ongoing special, ladder is a Syneco and looks to be the cheapest of the 1.8m variety. Perfect for my indoor needs, why would you need a ladder with bells and whistles?
1.8m? Isn't that just a 'ladder'?
