    Picked up mine from Carindale today. They didn't give me a call when it was ready. I just waited till 14 days were up then I went to collect it. Not too happy with the prints. The colour was quite dull compared to the other free ones from Harvey Norman. Also, all my photos came out with white borders on the left and right side. I don't think it's my resolution problem as my boyfriend printed the same photos as me and his were fine. All in all, not a very positive experience. Would have been really unhappy if I had to pay for the photos, but since it's free, oh well!

    Mine came in the mail yesterday. They are pretty crap, as the previous poster mentioned the colours are dull, and had white borders.

    I think the borders have to do with the way the photos are processed.

    Normally when I take them to a Kodak print shop if the photo is too tall the software will crop some of the top and bottom so that the width of the photo fits perfectly. In this case I think the software decided to maintain the height and add white bars to the side.

    But they are free so it doesn't matter.

    I would never use the service again, when I know I can get good prints for 10c.

    My closest store for pickup closed shop so they emailed me and asked for my address so they could post the pics to me.

    Recieved my shipping confirmation on 29th May. My local store still has not recieved the prints and knows nothing about it!! They have not been able to find out anything from thier management either?? Im not holding out much hope of actually recieveing my prints

    not happy with the customer service!!
    i ordered mine on 30/5/10 - should have been able to collect on 21/6/10 (14 business days)
    went in on 23/6/10 to be told they have not arrived - would have been happy if they let me know!!!
    i emailed them, only to be told "thank you for your email. I have just contacted the store and they are holding your order." Not even a sorry.

      it looks like the store should be apologising as they had the order not the customer service. the same thing happened to me. i contacted my store only to be told my order wasnt there. when Kodak customer service followed it up for me with the store, the order was there the whole time, the store staff just the didnt look properly.
      Lots of people would have taken up the free offer so you would expect to wait a little longer. Im happy with mine and they were FREE!
