  • Price in title would help OP =)

  • Price?

  • Price is AU $17.63, delivery is $8.60…please update in title…Total: $26.23
(AU price looks to be based on device at 10GBP)

  • This deal could save me $1.23??

Sorry my fault, didn't realise there were additional savings to the 5%, title fixed now :)

      • +1

No, it's my fault. I'm still getting used to posting. It's only the 2nd deal I've posted and I just have to get used to providing all of the info (like price) in the title and description

  • Sorry guys, just noticed I forgot the price. $17.63 pus postage from $8.60. Was $21.36 plus delivery from $8.60

  • Is this as good as gear VR?

  • It's cheaper here from a top rated OZ seller on eBay $21.95 OP I don't think this is the best price on the market at the moment sorry.

  • Whats the FOV on this? I have another brand with a 100 degree FOV and I think its worth getting ones with a 120 degree FOV because as much as its not a huge deal it is noticeable

    • FOV is up to 100 degrees with a 6" phone, so the same as you have atm

Currently $21.02 on Aliexpress (less 7.25% from Cashrewards), with a Bluetooth gamepad, shipped from China (~3 weeks). http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Google-cardboard-HeadMount-VR…

I've tried it with a Nexus 5, it's OK, but that phone introduces some motion blur when panning. It's good for 3D movies though. It's about as comfortable as the Oculus Rift, but the FOV is a bit narrower. It's surprisingly good on my 720P phone, I'm sure a 1080P phone with a lower latency panel will give much better results.

    • Been trying to get one, and the one you mentioned in the link looks good. Is that the best budget (less than $30 shipped) one there is?

Edit: There is VR Box Pro, VR Box II, etc. I don't know which is the "latest" model, if there was one…

      • It was unclear to me too. That was the best deal I could find with a remote (kinda important, as otherwise you have to keep unmounting the phone to navigate).

        • Does the remote work with iPhones?

        • @sKiZZiT:
Kinda, there is a switch on the side, but it looks like the IOS mode is much more basic than Android. There is a copy of the manual far down on the page.

  • Is VR Box the best you can get for iPhone?

  • Cheap as Chips have one of the versions for only $13, but it doesn't look like it comes with a remote. http://www.cheapaschips.com/products/home-entertainment/gen-…

  • would this works with iphone 6s?

  • I got these a while back for a laugh and used them for all of 25mins. Very underwhelming experience. save your dollars.

    I have a iphone 6s and a Nexus 6p in case you're wondering.

  • I was seriously considering this since my dogs at my cardboard :(

But all the reviews I have found of this headset say the FOV is bad, worse than cardboard.

Does anyone have experience with this model?

  • How does this compare to this deal posted?
