Just be careful if you order online from these turkeys. I placed a fairly big (almost 1k) order with them a while back, and it wasn't until much later that I noticed they hadn't included one of the items, and there was no note or packing slip or anything that said the item was on backorder.
I will never deal with this company again.

Your customer service is appalling…
1. There was no indication on your website that items were not in stock.
2. There was no indication on the invoice or packing slip to say that the item was on back order.
3. It was left to me to have to notice the omission and try to contact you to rectify your problem.
4. I called the numbers on your website, and after being told to call 2 further numbers, was finally told that website orders could only be dealt with by email.
5. I have emailed and have had no response whatsoever within 7 days, which I find unacceptable.
Please tell me this list will end here, and that I will have my storm cover within 7 weeks of purchasing it!
