      The total minimum per room varies on dates and apartment chosen.
      The absolute minimum spend would be with a minimum stay of 3 nights between 19th-31st July in our 2 Bed 1 Bath apartments either Level 3 City View or Level 6 Ocean view for $450 total.
      
      With so many rooms and dates available creating a variance of price, OzBargain only allows a a certain amount of characters for the title which is why the total per room was not placed in the title and then explained further in the description.

Guys, the Location and View is really awesome, not doubt about it. We had 4 apartments booked in last month in Chevron Renaissance and all of them had that weird carpet stink, the wooden floor board on the sitting area was sticky to walk on and the couches had bad smell as well. On top of this, on multiple occasions Cockroach were seen as well. We did complained about it, hope they ensure the apartments are cleaned well.

  Chevron is old. Newer options with essentially the same location/similar views are H(ilton) Residences and Circle on Cavill. Have stayed in all 3 and personally I'd much prefer the latter 2 to Chevron.

  That carpet stink sounds like the stuff they use to clear the stench of smokers. Yes, it's a horrid smell isnt it.
