The "Leica camera" is not that Leica, trust me…
don't make him cry, you are so mean!!

Link to someone with the P9 who took 'actual' photos from the unit.
Some of those photos look stunning for a camera phone! If only they realised that the phone actually has a good camera rather than fib their way to it.
photos are very impressive! But I'm waiting for the Note 7 to come out to replace my Nexus 6p
Nice photos, certainly better than Samsung phones.
Not true especially in low light conditions.
Agree. I reckon G4 beats it on low light
Wow he takes some nice photos and the camera is fantastic!!
Good price.. not good for telstra network
Can you clarify why it's not good for Telstra network? I thought bandwidth is compatible.
Well you just might not get the full 4g speeds
See table and section under telstra heading: https://www.whistleout.com.au/MobilePhones/Guides/Will-my-ph…
what is good for telstra network those days……………………..??
Huawei thinks they are a premium brand but they can never be.
Premium price with sub par quality. This Leica camera business is just to draw people buying it. The interface is poor and can't compare to Samsung LG HTC flagships.
IMO, only Xiaomi is outstanding with price and features. Camera is not the area Chinese phones are good at.
Especially low light. The samples taken are not really a test of low light
Awaiting for Asus Zenfone 3 Delux to hit the store, please let us know when you have them on offer! Thanks :D
12th July, I'm getting one too.
Guys… just to share.. there are 3 models of P9 and link is below:
http://consumer.huawei.com/en/mobile-phones/p9/index.html
Saw the real demo at Huawei Chatswood and the official model introduced into AU is EVA-L09, which:
Supports - 28 / 700MHz band
Does not support - NFC and dual sim cardthe AU 28 band is a real deal breaker for many brands/models, as very few countries around world use this band, which means, as end user, we either have to buy from local stock/model and pay at higher pricing or lose the full support of 4G network, speed…
here is a useful link to find out your mobile vs. major AU mobile carriers' compatibility.
maybe just go for an OPPO…
errrr……

Sure, if their model is proven better than models of other manufacturers in that price range. It's no status symbol to buy inferior product.
