It seems others have had issues with after sales service and sure I haven't needed after sales service myself but I've gotta say the recent purchase of my G935F S7 Edge from them was very very good. Great price, fast postage, absolutely hassle-free!
Cheap price but honestly I don't trust all them grey import sellers anymore. My G4 has been with QD eBay for 2 months now and still no word about when i'm getting it back.
I rather honestly pay more to get Aussie stock.
I just got my G4 back from QD after 7 weeks away for repair - to be fair the delay was LG not QD.
Good to hear someone identifying the crux of the issue from first-hand experience. Sorry to hear the phone was crap but it sounds like it's a poor product made worse by poor service from LG and not so much poor service from the resellers.
Friend had bought the lg g4 and experienced the same issue as everyone else is getting "boot loop".
He got the refund yesterday and opted for Eglobaldigital shop coupon.
For anybody interested, the cheapest I have found for S7 Edge Aussie stock in Sydney was Mobileciti at $1165, and having OfficeWorks Price Beat it down to $1106, which qualifies for the free Gear VR until end of today. It was also available from a brick and motor in Melbourne for $1150 but OfficeWorks wouldn't match that one as it would have required additional shipping costs.
Just out of curiosity, what brick and mortar store was that price from?

I bought LG G4 ….from them last year….lots of problem with warranty…..3 times …i have sent back…for repair..but could not fix proper…..even ….their phone number is also …out of service …
Dealing with their after-sale service now for a faulty s7 edge (strange problem though, screen flickers when it's cold, say below 15 degree). See how it goes.
