I am thinking to buy an uhd monitor, can I use this as a monitor mainly for Photoshop and video editing? Any information would be great. thanks in advance.

If you want to watch TV on it occasionally, just add a set top box or get a tv tuner for your computer.
@mrdavedave: Been keeping my eye on that Philips since it was announced, and it looks to be a bit of a crap shoot.
I connected my PC to it using HDMI. It worked, nothing like Microsoft Excel at 4k! I didn't try photoshop, if Windows can boot you can run the app just fine.
I then played Cities Skylines in 4k! It was glorious, if only GTX 950 didn't suffered from the hi-res. Guess I'll wait for the 480.

I went to the stores HN and binglee they don't have any photo displays on the tv's, However at binglee they had a 20MP photo displayed on Samsung UA40KU6000W looked awesome & I even looked closer it was brilliant.
Only thing Samsung doesn't have IPS

This TV is great. The white color seems a bit yellowish compared to our 40" Sammy FHD.
WebOS is also awesome, I was surprised when I realized that the remote control acted like a Wii controller. BTW there is a system update, be sure to get it once the TV is connected.
My only complaint is that I can't find out what is the current resolution of what I'm watching, unlike the Sammy's INFO button.
