You might need to add USED to the title OP!

      Thanks (i guess!)

I feel a little ripped! How do they have 40+ units of used contorlers?

      • haha ripped by your own deal…sorry I shouldn't laugh

        • I have already laughed don't worry. I am just glad that Jase2801 picked up the used so I didn't get a shock when the item arrived in the post.

      • Replying to my own messge to get this one to the top of the List.

I had big concerns of Refubished units so I have been in contact with the ebay Seller and Xbox/Microsoft live chat support. It seems perfectly/fairly legit.

The seller informed me they open the box to test the controler works.

Microsoft agrees that a seller may open the box and check the controller works, Microsoft wouldn’t tell me the process the sellers users, but says there are aware of it happening. Microsoft will still allow warranty claims, but would give me an absolute answer without the controllers serial. Here’s the punch line, Microsoft went on to say that they do not REFURBISH controller for resale.

I might miss a bit of the fresh outta the box experience, but I’ll will just see what arrives in the mail.

Lemmme get this right… they are charging full RRP for a used item?

Irrespective of the ebay discount, I wouldn't be supporting this.

Yeah this is outrageous. $170 brand new at Mighty Ape.

    • +3

      I agree - terrible

MS store is $180 delivered and Mighty Ape is $175 delivered for brand new stock

I'm trying really hard to understand who and why anyone would upvote this non-deal.

    Typical greedy seller.

Wait for Elite 2.0 with blue tooth eventually….

    Oh good…

    • Are the batteries used too?

I bought mine at the Microsoft store in Sydney CBD and I have to exchange mine when the silver coating on the left bumper (LB) rubbed off only after 4 months of use. I have been using the LB button a lot when playing The Division but still, the coating shouldn't be coming off, especially when it costs $200.
