Those are not valid Saturday > 5pm you can just sit on them while some can watch Independence Day 2 on a sat night for a twelwer
You can always get this by buying Hoyts Rewards membership with new accounts ;)
That will be one too many email ids and won't look sleek if you go on a date. Likely to be a turn off followed by a rapid dump from the other party s side
If I were to be dumped by my date for using a coupon, no deal!
I can tell your a dating expert by the extremeness of the catastrophic scenarios you just played out in your head.
This really isn't a deal to me when I can get this price at anytime without such a short expiry date
Your method won't work for a NFT no free ticket session since it is a free ticket that comes with the rewards card. Most new releases are NFT for a week or so whereas the vouchers work for NFT. I think this will come as an ugly surprise when you try the methods you have posted. Just thought will let you know.
Unrestricted adult tkts sell at 14.50 a pop. 13.15 vic one is likely to go up too. You will be kidding yourself into thinking you can get hold of a unres. E-Vouch. @ < ten smackers to consider as deal.
Are you aware that cinema prices vary depending on location?
In some Hoyts in WA it will be like $13. But over here in Sydney, it will be double that. And therefore, this is like 50% off.
This is especially a deal for the non-concession people.
Yes these are great to catch up on all blockbuster releases till end of July esp on sat night. So I would go ahead & buy 10. Other days Optus rewards is fine as long as your session appears in thier list. Cheers.
Considering a ticket from my local Hoyts costs me $24.50, this is definitely a deal for some. You shouldn't write it off just because it doesn't apply to you.
Nah. This is 4 serious movie goers who have the habit of going to movies once a week minimum. It's good you should try it. Cheers
If you think spending more than $100 for a phone is too expensive will you neg every phone deal more than $100?
Unfortunately that's not proper grounds for a neg. Check out the voting guidelines. This forum is filled with items that are subjectively expensive to different people. But people have different interests and ideals.
Objectively this could save someone some money. :)
On ozbargain since 2007, doesn't know voting guidelines or the principle 'doesn't interest me, move on'
Cheers OP. Great find for those without Optus Perks
$2 SIM card will grant you access to Optus Perks.
Any link?
Buy an Optus $2 sim card (e.g Coles), activate it, then create an a/c here using the mobile number for that sim.
Would you know the $0 sim only PAYG plan can get access to Optus Perks?
It might do, I bought mine ages ago for $2 when the tickets rewards site was www.yestickets.com.au
EDIT:
Actually things might have changed now.

Optus prepaid works with Optus Perks?
Not sure now.
It's not excluded above. I did for me a few months ago.
$5 upgrade required for Xtreme scream screen plus booking fee.
$12 gets you the small auditorium with mono speakers and no new releases.
I expected this to be the case (which would still have made it a $5 discount on full adult ticket), but just booked a 12:30pm Xtremescreen session in Woden and only paid $1.20 in the booking fee.
Which unrestricted adult movies are they showing?
Porn?
Thanks for clearing that up.
Restricted just meant Saturday evening normally. eg, peak times.
Not sure if you guys were kidding, but clearing for others.
@nowlan: so unrestricted means i cant watch on saturdays?
So… this ticket still has upgrade fee's for xtreme screen and 3D? If so kinda same as other voucher methods.
Yes, those are extra charges.
Might work for xs worth a shot at candy bar to see if it is a free upgrade. 3d fee applies.
Does this deal work with recliner seats? Because optus perk charges you extra $3 for it for my cinema so it is $14.
They need to scan at candy bar to really know or you can try it online and see any sur charge is applied. It's hard to tell.
Thanks OP!
Grabbed two tickets for tonight.
Can these be used on sat after 5pm?
yup
Awesome! So these are better than optus perks'.
If it's not these cheaper tickets I don't know if I would ever be in cinema to watch anything. Normal price is a rip off
I am confirming that these can be used AFTER 5pm SAT, only a booking fee of $1 per ticket. No surcharge for XtremeScreen. Great deal thanks OP!
Confirmed that, there is no surcharged on Xtreme Screen. Very good deal!!!
Did you guys walk into candy bar to purchase directly or purchase through booking online?
online
Do you get the vouchers straight away? or does it take some time to come into your email?
right away in email.
has anyone has any luck with this recently? Every time I try to pay through visa checkout (tried 2 cards) I get an error message Payment Declined?
Bought 2 tickets today, no issue.
Thanks OP!
How long do the tickets last for if I buy online today?
This deal is still working but expires today. I just purchased 2 tickets successfully. Email confirmation came through instantly.
Great work - Thank you!
Thanks Op, just bought 2 tickets and fine print says valid till 31st August, anyone notice the same?
Only $1 more over at RACV, with the peace of mind that it'll last at least 4 months for use in any session.
