I disagree. Negative unwarranted.
Negative vote is marginally valid under current guidelines, but we will be changing the guidelines because some people just cant be sensible unless we spell things out.
Really this is standard business practice for many companies, and really if you dont like it buy from someone else. The negative voting was intended to alert people to something fundamentally wrong with the deal. This is nit picking.
Go to many retail stores they say - no refund or exchange, except where provided for under the Trade practices law. A little nicer than "where the law makes us", but effectively the same
Check the negative votes against your post, to see what the community "standard is"

Pretty misleading deal on at the moment. It says "Four Fontaine Mens Tees" and had a picture of 4 tees. But apparently Four Fontaine is the brand… and you only get one. Hmm…

Just bought an Alphanumeric Algebra hoodie in the black (http://www.alphanumericbrand.com/apparel_show.php?id=2123) for $32 shipped. Hope it turns out okay, I don't usually buy clothing online! Then again if it doesn't fit, it's only $32.
