    No it wasn't the Dyson for $199 is the DC43M, that's the same body as this one but without the stick and motorised brush bar head, instead coming with a mini motorhead.

        You've made the claim mate, it's not that price online.
        I work for Dyson and know the models quite well, DC45 at $199 would be well under cost although feel free to correct me.
