According to the lasted costco coupon page, the Oral B Toothbrush Head 10pk will be $26.99 after discount, Not history cheapest, but good to have some handy when you need replacement. The package says they're made in Germany.

The replacement head are perfect for OzBargainer that purchase the $20 Oral B electric toothbrush last week from Woolworth/Coles.

Not currently, but they are on special VERY often.
It will mention on the pack if this is the case but I thought the Vitality used a different head.
Vitality, Sensitve, and one other all use the same head fitting, so feel free to buy these and swap them around with careless abandon

they normally will give you the coupon while you enter the store. But no scan needed, the amount will automatically deducted when check out.
Cut a few mm off your old brush head bristles for extended life and more effective clean.
Costco Crossroad still has stock left. It kept with the electric toothbrush, and not in the toiletry section of the store.
