Use compatible toners at you own risk
Yep you are better off using incompatible toners at your own risk
I haven't had much luck with compatible inks either and instead buy high capacity genuine inks to try to offset the high cost.
Warning about spam from these guys. I once bought something from them using the email address inkstation@mydomain and for a good year afterwards would receive spam from all your typical spammers ((profanity) enlargements etc).
I ended up having to block the address. Would never deal with again.
That's interesting. I've ordered from InkStation many times and never had any spam problems.
Did you actually create a proper email address for 'inkstation@yourdomain' or were you just using a catch-all address? If you actually created a unique email address just for the purposes of making an ink order, then I commend your dedication to keeping your email segregated. Something like that is probably a good thing to do, but it seems like a lot of effort ;)
I've generally been quite happy with InkStation. Delivery is usually very quick. Haven't tried their compatible inks though.
Catch all. But the emails where coming to that specific address. If the spammers were 'guessing it' then they're very good guessers not to hit anything else at the domain and keep guessing the same one.
Funnily enough the exact same thing happened to me. Signed up with my personal email address and from that point on I have been getting consistently inundated with spam.
Cool thanks, just in time as I'm in the market for some ink cartridges for my printer too!
Got some compatible toners for my HP laser printer from them, the print quality was really bad.
Very fuzzy. Tried recalibrating several times with only minor improvements.
About 3 weeks later, it started making loud noises and finally my printer's laser motor died.
