Groupon is offering $100 of eBay credit for only $85. You can buy multiple things via add to cart but must use the credit in one transaction. ~~You can get $10 off for new Groupon accounts so $75 for $100.~~ Groupon have fixed that.

I just got a refund and on Paypal it will say "Refund Coupons to be sold on Groupon", but it actually goes to the coupon code that was used. Therefore it can be reused.

      @neonlight: Give them some time. They most likely have someone personally checking over the orders to see if theirs any possible fraudulent ones. BTW, do you know how long it takes to sort through 2,000+ orders? I can tell you, it takes alot of time!

  The stuff I want to buy is $10 cheaper than the next person and last in stock, so by the time I get the voucher it'd be long gone and have to pay the extra 10… Friggen hell.

    I had been chasing them up consistently for two days and got the voucher on Monday, the purchase was made on last Wednesday (my email address was incorrect so I was asking for a re-send). Funny thing is, even though i made a clear request of sending the vouchers to the new email for multiple times, the first re-send from their 'resolution team' was still delivered to my old/wrong email address, ridiculous!
    
    Based on my experience, if you want it urgently, probably should try 'harassing' their customer support often.
    
    Even though I made a mistake by entering the wrong email address originally, I probably wont be using Groupon's service again. Dealing with their customer support is a nightmare

      Ya their site is a complete mess but my first purchase with them was the vaya 3 month for $20 and it went through fine.
      
      Doubt it's a wrong email for me though because I got a confirmation email and am getting spammed from their subscription everyday.
      
      I will try email them again, will even call if I have to if no voucher/fix tomorrow. I want the things shipped before the weekends cause carriers still work behind the scenes although they don't deliver.

Quick question.. i have never bought ebay vouchers or used Groupon before. It says you get the voucher in 2-4 business days. How long exactly have people waited? Just worried that the item I want from eBay will get taken down before the ad expires (another similar item was taken down early by the same seller today). Thanks in advance!

    The vouchers are a nice way of getting a good price on some beer from Dan Murphy with a better deal than the cashrewards and egift cards. I wish DM ebay had better stock though… And the stock levels reflect their web site a bit better…

I think the deal may be finishing soon or maybe Groupon is buggy.

If you click through to the deal its says not available. After a refresh it says available but when you try to buy it, you get The option you have chosen is not available. Another refresh allows you to buy it. Strange.

I am so annoyed. Got my Ebay code last night and used it to pay for a $280 purchase - paid for the balance with paypal but the whole payment was declined by paypal. Tried to pay again but the Ebay code doesn't work now. Spoke to Ebay and they referred me to Groupon. Spoke to Groupon and they said it will take 7-10 days to investigate!

I am not sure either but when I pressed "pay now" on the paypal website, it paused for a while and then said "payment pending" and then a few hours later I got an email from Ebay to say the payment has been declined and to pay again. Went on live Chat with Ebay who tried to help but said I need to ask Groupon to re-issue a new code. Rang Groupon who asked me to email them proof the code is invalid which I did and they replied by saying thanks and sorry for your inconvenience and we will investigate which will take 7-10 days. Told them to refund me the $85 or I will claim via Paypal. Have not heard back…Meanwhile, my poor Ebay seller is thinking where is the money!!!

    No it says "you have exceeded the maximum amount of times to use the code" or something like that. Ebay (while I was on livechat) said they tried and got the same result so referred me back to Groupon. I know some OzBargainers have used the code successfully and Ebay said they have never come across this problem ever. My luck, I guess.

Can anyone tell me what the story is with this voucher.
I purchased an item on ebay yes myers used this and $49 to make up total of $149.
Ok yes i saved $15 by getting this voucher valued at $100.
But a day or two after i purchased the item and still to arrive i noticed it had 20% off.
Pretty annoyed if you ask me so instead of it being $149 its $119.
Now as i purchased this with voucher and $49 paypal what happens if i tried to get refunded?
Ok a lot might say is it worth hassle but its $30 back in my pocket and item is not even opened yet.
I asked myers why i buy from them i dont know as not helpful they said buy another and return it.
But what about voucher? As only $49 was paid with paypal.
I said why dont you refund the difference they said they cant. They said go to store they might do that and might not.
I even tried them to give a $30 gift card as goodwill gesture but no.
I would not mind getting this item for $30 less than what i paid but not sure about this voucher if itchad been all paypal it be easy.
What do you sugest i said to myer why dont you refund the $30 back to me simple and we done.
If i knew they was to be reduced just day or days after buying i would have waited and cause it only arrived and its reduced rather annoying.

  It's just your bad luck that there was an Ebay Myer sale just after you used your voucher. Lots of people miss out on good deals here everyday so unfortunately, you're not the only one. That voucher you pruchased from Groupon can't be refunded and used again. I believe it says so in the terms. Myer have no obligation to do anything for you just because you missed out on a saving. Anything they might do would only be out of goodwill and that isn't guaranteed at all.
  
  I may be wrong here but I thought that some of the sales on Ebay are actually funded by Ebay, so they cover the 20% that has been discounted for you.
  
  Either way it just your bad luck. A goodwill gesture is something they decide on, not for people to request.

Beware when you use these vouchers, make sure you are buying from someone you trust. If anything happens and your item doesn't turn up, or even the seller simply cancelling the transaction, you are completely screwed as ebay will not refund vouchers, they just take your money.
