Damn, I'm with reduce and we're only on 3.88. No ongoing fees is good though, still better than any of the banks.

Note, if this is the same deal I have then the exit fees are quite high - definitely some lock-in going on.

    • Don't happen to know what the exit fees are off the top of your head do you?

      • IIRC it was $750, whereas most banks are about $250.

    That 70% LVR…..

  • Good deal. I had a look at this the other night and it was the cheapest offset account on the market.

Canstar has a good calculator where you can see the savings by switching loans. Of course, you can't predict how each company moves their interest rates in the future.

    • nowhere on their website does it say that it is an authorised deposit taking institution - how can it offer an offset account if it isn't

So if I want to refinance, does that mean I need to pay whatever fee to exit (if any) from my current financier, then pay Reduce Home Loan $440+$250+$330 = $1020?

    • yes. You'll probably save that much each year by going to a cheaper lender, but if you're already with cheap lender then it might not be worth it.

    • yes

    • Thanks for the replies, was not too sure as I haven't done refinance before.

I'm on 4.3% investment. Would need to reduce premium to move to home owner. Worth going with this?

Auto-correct hasn't done you any favours. Care to rephrase this question?
