    The price for this item seems to have been reduced a lot on Amazon.

    So this could be an actual deal price.

    Its listed on DD4 as a super sale price.

    Possibly an error where the $13 should be $31 although its also listed as a USD 10 price.

    There is another one on this site for $A33, and yet another for $A106

      Yeah perhaps the new seller wants to get "reputation" from number of transactions first by selling off things cheaply and once he got this, he starts trading like the others. Or, it could be a scam if I am being pessimistic.
