I know they have jacked up their price since the ebay sale and their website is selling it at a cheaper price but it's still cheaper than elsewhere.

Beware of buying from Kogan when the item isn't in Aus.
I've bought from Kogan ebay, Hong Kong before during an ebay sale. After 2 weeks, they came back to me and said sorry no more stock. No problems getting the refund, but was I still pretty annoyed as the sale had ended by this time. Had i known they had no stock I could have picked another retailer and got the discount.
Check their negative feedback, "sorry about the unexpected shortage" is a common reply.
Took 1 month for me to receive the Apple Watch from the 20% off sale, only got in yesterday lol

ATV3 has been giving me too much trouble with PLEX, time for an upgrade
Max video output is only 1080p. No deal!
Which realistically won't impact 95% of people, although it is a pretty big fail from Apple considering how long the Apple TV 3 was on the market for.

In a related sale item (eBay, Apple, Kogan), iPhones are also available at 15%. However, Kogan's sneaky by having a higher eBay price than what's available in their online store.

I so much want this, but I am trying to convince myself that I should save and get the Nvidia Shield TV instead. That will be a lot better invenstment, Especially when I already have the ATV3. Ahhhhhhh!!!!!!
Same here. I was watching the Amazon price for the remote control bundle, waiting for it to go to I think $179 again, then the special ended and it went up to about $250! Devoed.

Used to use Kodi before I got the apple TV 4 and this just blows it out of the water. Have not watched TV since I got it as everything I need is on this one device. Get this and sell your Apple TV 3. The app store is worth it and the remote is really nice.
And if you have other apple devices at home, its a no brainer
If I wanna screen mirror my iPad is this the best option? As Chromecast cannot do it its app dependant
If that is all you want to do, get an ATV3 it is half the price.
This ATV4 does everything an ATV3 does, but adds the ability to install apps, such as games, video streamers etc, and also Siri voice search and control. So a lot better than an ATV3, not sure if it is twice the price better.Can't find ATV 3 anywhere. Half the price where do you get it from?
