I wasn't asked to pay any money. I filled in the form and was sent to a page full of "get rich quick" videos and stuff. Looks pretty dodgy, I'm tempted to vote this one down…
As soon as "21st Century Education" get your details, they will start harassing you trying to sell their educational programmes on "how to get rich" subject.
Once I went to their seminar, where they said that I'd get 6 months free subscription and took all my details. I never received a single issue of the magazine, however received numerous phone calls.
