Read up. What's the catch? There's some ccna itil aws azure type courses usefulf or information technology people.
It does ask if you already have higher education. I don't see anything free when I go through the are-you-eligible link. Perhaps its because I have a degree.
Edit: Went through to an enrolment page and it still estimated $0 fee despite answering that I have a bachelor's degree or above.
This deal is not in my area and I have family commitments but it looks pretty good for someone in the right circumstances.
