    Good price for the whole set, my 5 year old has shown a sudden increase in interest in math so hes been getting stuck into it.

    Surprisingly, even though hes only in prep he has a membership thrown in.

    If doing the school free copy one, I recommend sitting with the child to do the placement properly so they get placed in the right bracket.
    Otherwise will need school IT admin to reset to the proper level (you cannot advance it yourself afaik) and stepping through each individual level is like watching paint dry as you cant skip any of the very long animations lol. Otherwise you need to start from level 1 and its EXTREMELY basic. Like this is 1, click 1, click 1, click 1, click 1, yay! 5 minute animation song and dance

    If doing the own paid version you can just reset the placement yourself by going to parent login.

    As much as my daughter loved this, we had to cancel as she wasn't using it as much as we liked.

      I actually found it comes and goes… mine initially was very uninterested in it but then when it could be supplemented with the learning actiivities she had at school (which was based on phonics), she got much more interested and I could see the level of development really accelerate with Reading Eggs.

    My little one didn't really get into it during the 1 month trial but now wants to give it another go. If anyone is keen on getting a group together (up to 4 kids) to get the cost down to under $30 each, hit me up!

    Warning: 'ABC Maths Seeds' is riddled with errors. They evidently do no quality control at all. When I emailed them with examples of the numerous errors my son and I located within the first week of trialling it week, they eventually emailed back and 'apologised' … but did not fix the errors! Lolol. Totally useless. I would not recommend 'ABC Maths Seeds' to anyone.

    I signed up for a free trial today, the apps gets stuck quite often while dragging and ripping dropping, my 2yo gets frustrated. Not good first impression.

    Going to end the trial, and not recommended.

      Yeah we've used it for over a year and it has a LOT of bugs. Often gets stuck and needs a hard quit of the app for it to work again.

    My kid who just started kindy got this free at his public school. So far he likes it but it does have the odd bug…esp with losing sound now and then.

      Yeah I had that happen when kids left iPad long enough to go into standby. Sometimes it fixed itself other times you just had to close and reopen the app.

      Annoying? Yes. But not enough to make me not appreciate how beneficial the overall app and program has been to helping my 5 y/o develop an interest in reading.

    We use Khan Kids for my 4 year old. Really good..zero bugs and free. I'd consider ABC, but I'm not paying for potential headaches

    My kids had a subscription until they started prep. A reminder that a subscription covers 4 kids. I had no trouble finding 2 other members to join the subscription and share the cost. Easy and very cheap.
