I recommend Paula's choice products, but if you don't need to buy them now, they do a lot of promotions.
Most of them are worse than free shipping (because shipping is massive, usually), but sometimes they do have promotions + free shipping.

Nah they had 15% Off with free shipping which finished on 20th of March. I remember this because I was tempted to buy few things but missed it because I had other things on mind and forgot about it.
Must have been different to when I looked a few weeks back as shipping wasn't free when we went to buy, US had free ship though. The deal before that was 10% of and free ship.
