  Strange site… seems to be a variant of AirBnB rather than actual hotels, with most rooms looking like (tiny) spare rooms in someone's apartment. (I am looking at Singapore, so may be different elsewhere.)

  Unfortunately the website is almost unusable due to constant beeping from automated "Live Chat" assistant, repeatedly asking "Can I help you" despite being minimized/closed every time. I just want to quietly and peacefully do a map search to find out whether there are any possibilities in the vicinity to where I need to stay and what the general prices are..

  Kuta Bali-Zenrooms listed as Baking Sari 2 is the Bagus Hayden Hotel. Room booked for one night only earlier this month due to a complete lack of information available on the Zen website. You are unaware of the hotel name until confirmation email is received. Room #300 second storey no lift. Very large room, totally inefficient aircon to the point of disrupting sleep. Might it have just been my bad luck the aircon died on this day OR could it may have been reported before and ignored? They asked me for a review which I did. Wow a $10 voucher sent which I have absolutely no intent to use as Zenrooms-once was one time to many.
