        Yes it's got a filter leading into the collection chamber similar to what you would find in most dust-buster style vacuums.

  Description says skin only, contents say charger and battery, too pricey to be skin only.

  Recommend these though , I have one and use it constantly and I have a Dyson stick.

  i've owned 4 of these now, we keep killing them (we vaccuum the whole house regularly with it). pretty good for the money though. this deal is fine, but nothing special. the 2ah battery can be had for $60, and the vac for $55, so you're getting the charger for $35. I think grabbing a drill deal and then buying the skin works out better value…
