  New Balance doesn't have a factory in Australia, so, must be seconds, returns or old stock.

    They call them factory stores… 3 in NSW. Birkenhead pt, Alexandria and Auburn.

      All shoes come from factories, so, why differentiate from normal store? Perhaps, two New Balance-appointed distributors trying hard not to step on other's toes.

      They used to be seriously good but have recently they've become just another sports fashion brand. Their premium, USA made 99x series running shoes have been re-engineered for a really really short lifetime, from my experience.

  Can confirm also 40% off store wide for the South Wharf DFO New Balance store VIC.

  Only for 3 days but don't know when it starts/end.

  I often shop at the New Balance factory store in Alexandria. There is plenty of choice and sizes for shoes and clothing and it is right next to the Puma factory store. There are lots of factory stores along this strip of Botany St down to Waterloo including Sunbeam, Cotton On, Katies, Events, Morrissey, David Lawrence, Marcs, and many others on surrounding streets. Great if you live in the east and don't fancy a drive to Auburn or Birkenhead.
