Melbourne Monopoly $40.65, Zelda Monopoly $41.65, Fallout Monopoly $51.65 Delivered @Dungeon Crawl

400

Dungeon Crawl is back and under new ownership

Hey guys!

As a way of re-introducing ourselves to the Ozbargain crew, we have hand crafted some deals for you all! Today's offering includes some of the latest licensed Monopoly Board Games at some great pricing, as well as few choice picks of some other great stuff:

Our shipping costs are:

Registered eParcel - $6.70
Express Post eParcel - $9.85

Our shipping costs are a flat rate, so you won't pay extra if you choose to buy more than one item. (The eParcel cutoff is 22kg, but I highly doubt an average customer will hit that!) The title prices are the full cost if you buy just the one board game, but you obviously get a better deal if other stuff is bought with it.

Sale prices end 11:59PM AEST Wednesday 23rd March or while stocks last (Fallout Monopoly is selling very well at the moment!).

For further information and reviews on some of the board games check out Board Game Geek

We also have some other deals as part of our reboot sale, you can find them via the posted link.

Enjoy the weekend - this rep will be around this afternoon if you have any questions :)

  • Nice price for Dixit!

    • Nice game too!

  • +2

    Do you do pickups?

    • Not at this stage - it's not something we have ruled out, but we still need to consider things like additional costs involved, location etc

  • +3

    I do love my monopoly!

    • I gaze upon you in awe, Ivlutt. That is an AMAZING collection! Any prize standouts in that lot?

      • +4

This one with the 4 matching playing chairs! http://tinypic.com/r/242ef0g/9

        • That is stunning - is this the Franklin Mint edition they did a while back?

        • +1

Why are the pictures so damn small?

        • +2

          @Jesmond:

          T….i…n….y..pic

Imgur wasn't loading for me and I didn't know where else to turn :(

        • @lvlutt: damn they're tiny.

        • +2

          @lvlutt:
Obviously you're a collector… so a question. Is the rampant proliferation of monopoly versions increasing or decreasing the overall value of you collection… or making no difference? Do you have any monopoly version (other than the monopoly table) that are actually worth a lot of money? Just curious!

    • +3

Whats with the image tags there?

  • +1

Glad to see you guys back! Same team?

    • +3

New team except for myself - I was brought back on board and used to rep this DC account before (among other things!) But the new guys are great - very passionate about games and the gaming culture, so we're all trying to bring DC back to it's indie gaming personality.

  • +1

Melbourne Monopoly is one of the most poorly executed products I have seen.Expensive at any price.

    • +4

Mass Effect Monopoly was far, far worse - it was like they got an intern, without any prior understanding of the ME universe, to Google 'Mass Effect' and then slap the first 48 image results onto the board. Don't even get me started on the Token choices!

And they didn't put Shepherd on the Box - Male or Female…

    • +1

Lol whats next to Go, frankston or dandy?

      • Dark Blue: MCG and Fed Square (Why???)
Poo Brown: Hosier Lane and Hardware Lane

        • Putting Emporium on it was ridiculous.

        • @Seaword: Well it has been a historical Melbourne landmark…for 2 years.

  • +1

    WELCOME BACK DC!!!!

    • +1

      Thanks Sergeant Salami!

  • +1

    really good price for zombicide.

    • I'm legitimately debating getting a copy for myself - have you played it?

      • +1

No but i have heard good things. Considered getting a copy but $100+ for board game is a little too much.

        • Ah - Same here, have heard awesome things but I just need to find a group of people to play it with! At most, I can get my housemates to play Monopoly or Catan…

        • +1

          @DungeonCrawl:
some of my mates going into the CBD and play but not really my thing.

some good prices on select board games.

I'll have to trawl so more when i get home and might make a batch order.

          Cheers DC!

        • @dasher86: Cheers Dasher - we seriously appreciate the feedback! Should you need help with the order, just let us know :)

        • @DungeonCrawl:
Rep, how long does despatch usually take?
Ordered items over the weekend =D

        • @dasher86: Hey mate - Thank you very much for the order :) Our despatch/handling time is currently 1 - 2 business days. You'll get notified via email once it has been posted, and this will include tracking as well. Should also update on your account as well (if you made one)

        • @DungeonCrawl:
Received today! All in good order. Fast and efficient service.

        • @dasher86:
Actually not in good order. I got home and and took all the items out of the box.
One of my board games is box damaged.
          I've now opened a dispute.

        • @dasher86: We're glad to hear your order arrived so quickly - not so glad about the damaged game. Apologies for this - we'll definitely sort this out for you. You have a reply back to your dispute case now!

  • +4

didn't get black ops 3 from you guys were going out of business
sent like 40 emails and then got an email saying i would have to apply for debit collection but said the chances of getting the game or money wasnt very high as you need to pay off larger sums before mine

    • We're sorry to hear about this 4luk - we can only stress that was all to do with the previous owners. We have bought the DC name only, and Dungeon Crawl is essentially a new business (Bar the name and logo design!). I would suggest attempting to dispute via PayPal (if paid with that method). You might have time to dispute the transaction, but it would need to be done ASAP

      • +1

didnt use paypal so im pretty much screwd

        • +1

you can try disputing the transaction with your credit card company directly. Bank transfer would be the only one where you're out of options.

        • @salem: Also a great option!

  • Any chance of Monopoly Sydney Edition for same price as Melbourne Edition please rep?

I understand the cost of living is higher in Sydney, but I'm all for OzBargain equality.

    • -1

Alas, we can only do it for the Melbourne Monopoly as we got a better deal on this edition only.

Plus, expect the demand for the Sydney edition to go up, now that Sydney Monopoly has a better nightlife than actual Sydney.. (cough Lockout laws cough)

  • +1

Awesome, glad to see you back in business!

    • Thanks mate! Truly appreciate the warm response we have had from the longtime DC supported :)

  • +1

You guys were the best and hope keep the same standards, very happy you are back 😀

    • +1

Thanks 777 - we aim to meet the prior standards. Then exceed them ;)

  • +1

    Can I use Xbox 360 Wired/wireless Controller (Black) on a PC ?
Edit: Nvm I found the answer

    • If I can help with anything else, let me know :)

  • +1

Found free shipping @ $500+, extra 1.3% off

    • I'm 12 and what is this?

  • +1

    Thanks DC, Zelda Monopoly ordered!

    • No surprises there with that username and avatar combo ;) Thanks for the order Link - truly appreciated!

  • +1

Is the Fallout Monopoly any good?

    • +1

Not bad at all - It's more a collectors/novelty/fan item. It has customized locations like other licensed releases, but some care has been put into it. It's on par with the Zelda edition, and no where near as bad as say Mass Effect Monopoly (not to sound like a broken record…)

If you are a Fallout fan or after a new Monopoly copy, definitely take a look at it. If you are after some truly customised licensed Monopoly games, check out the Futurama or Pokemon ones - they went the extra mile with those, with custom hotels/houses

      • What do you mean by customized locations?

        Has it been popular?

        • As in, the locations they choose for the squares on the board. At the moment the Fallout and Melbourne Monopolies have been our best sellers. But that could be a pricing thing!

  • +2

Ordered Melbourne Monopoly (despite some reservations from fellow OZ Bargainers, if nothing else, the kids can at least learn a few suburbs), 7 Wonders Duel and Catan. Thanks for posting this offer.

    • Awesome! Thanks for the order Jupitarian!
