        The touch screen is broken I believe, LCD is fine as it is still fully functional.

        Edit: BTW, may I ask how is the sensitivity of replaced screen compared to original one?

        I once replaced a phone screen by myself with digitalizer on ebay then I din't use it any more due to the very bad sensitivity.

    If you're in Glen Waverley or Oakleigh VIC these guys replaced the glass on my iPhone 6 Plus for $164.

      That was a nice deal. But we just checked their website and it says iPhone 6Plus Touch screen Plus LCD costs more than $225 and we are doing the same for $189. anyways Thanks for suggestion.

        Please keep this in mind…if you use these screens, Apple will refuse to touch the product again for any reason.
        For example, if your home button fails, Apple WILL NOT repair it at any cost if you have a non genuine screen (or any non genuine part).
        I had a painful experience with Apple over this exact issue.
