    Either new model is soon to come out or sales are not good so apple is discounting it.

    Its an eBay - Kogan deal, and they just happen to sell some apple watches as well.

    I wouldn't put too much stock on it to predict model refresh cycles.

  I wouldn't be bothered by Grey Imports. Apple honour their warranty all over the world regardless of where you get it from.
