  • It's a great deal, saw it in store at masters morley this afternoon, heaps of stock all piled up near the entry.

Had to bite my lip in front of the wife when she asked how much I paid for mine six weeks ago.

Can say it's a great saw for little diy projects around the house, blade is okay too.

Still got the receipt? Buy another one at this price and return it on the old receipt…

anybody game enough to try matching it from other states lol?

    • If someone could post an ad for it I would try. I managed to buy the Stanley drill driver and impact driver for $119 in Qld when the had the deal in NSW, so it is possible.

Was mentioned in this post. But fair enough should prob have its own post since most would've missed it.

  • Annoying that the eastern states don't get this deal, but WA normally misses out more than anywhere else so it's hard to be upset about it.

  • Great deal! I bought one recently and it is solidly built and has a very good hard plastic case too.

  • Is this a fatty? Specs say 9.18kg.
I find heavy saws awkward and rarely use my robust Stanley saw, much prefering my elcheapo Bunnings saw that fell 2 stories onto a concrete floor and still goes after a bit of straightening. Maybe cordless would be the go if they had more revs. Cases are a storage problem and I bin them.

  • I bought this a while back and it has lasted me a long time. I am a makita man and like all the bells and whistles but this saw has been great.

  • No more stock at Morley or Landsdale, still managed to get one though.
