Pretty sure that is the standard price for that kit…I bought it about 6 months ago for the same price.

Both the drill and (in particular) the impact driver are excellent.

Comes with a basic bag too:

    • Most likely.. Ryobi are exclusively Bunnings, so no reason for them to ever discount.

How much is the Bosch blue or dewalt drill kit? Don't think it would be much more

    • Dewalt $229, Bosch Blue $299

      The Dewalt has 2 x 1.3Ah 18V Li-ion batteries and the Bosch 2 x 2.0Ah 18V-Li Batteries. Whereas the Ryobi has 2* 2.5Ah. I think the Bosch has a hammer function
1.3Ah is a little light on power for me.

I've got Ryobi and they're OK. Not as good as the AEGs I used to have but good enough. The only thing to watch out for is make sure that the head spins straight. I returned one when I noticed it was slightly out of balance. My tip is to get a battery and spin them up before you take it home. The staff my local Bunnings suggested to do this when I got the replacement as they already knew that some get made a little wonky. I'd do this for any brand drill now.

  • Where does it say it's a hammer drill?

    • naa no hammer drill, im looking for the ryobi one on special, my bad should have explained better in description

  • Dewalt kit at whitfords was actually 22o i think, 1 battery though I think a 1.3A.

Unfortunately got the ryobi deal for the $90 blower with 5 A battery, so waiting on a good ryobi drill deal

    • Same here - waiting for a good Ryobi deal for this pack! Maybe when Masters starts to reduce its stock levels we might get something.

You realise that is a Bunnings house brand, and Masters doesn't sell them?
