    Who is the retailer?
    $100 only for gas+electricity? What about only electricity?
    Online sign up or give us all your details and we'll call you type of sign up?
    Where is your privacy policy?

        Why not be transparent and disclose your offer / range of offers on your website?

        Having an 'expert' call sounds like a pressure sales tactic.

        This would put my mind at ease if I knew the ballpark.

          The only reason we prefer an expert calling you is because that enables us to understand multitude of factors including your current meter type, rates you are being charged, your current plan etc. Its fair to speak with an expert who can guide and compare before signing you up. Providing you rates without knowing what they would exactly be for your premises would be unfair. Filling up a form would only tell you one side of the story eventually revealed once you receive your first bill. We want to ensure best practices for our customers and a one on one conversation with an expert can only be good from a consumers standpoint.

      We compare across different retailers we have on board. The energy retailing business in Australia is quiet a standard one with benchmarks already being set.
