If anyone's interested in obtaining better quality, the hulu rips that can be found on the internet are 720p! Although they are a bit fuzzy at times, they're still much better than DVD and in widescreen. Don't go for a re-encode version I've seen though as that looks quite blurry. All up its just over 100GB iirc.
Also keep in mind that these DVD versions are likely sped up by 4%. So definitely go for the DVD version if that's what you're into.
