For anyone in the market, we recently had an issue with a castor on a 4 year old Tasman Eco bassinet (5 year warranty) and they ended up replacing the entire bassinet. New baby furniture is ridiculously priced but it's great to see a company stand by their product.
My little one only lasted until 8 months in this. It was great until it got too small.
