  • Would this work for a dell XPS 13? I'm pretty sure it would.

    • It could be too long. I replaced one in a dell inspiron 24 7000 and it was a 42mm drive.

They also have the 512gb model out cheap - http://www.mwave.com.au/product/samsung-950-pro-512gb-m2-nvm…

Are 256GB new in this line up? I'm sure the smallest size was 512GB last time I priced these.

Great price. The 512GB can go for under $400 though so it not so much.

There's a 128GB SM951 (oem variant of 950) if you just need the speed and aren't concerned about space, it goes for around $150.

  • Has anyone upgraded from SATA3 SSD to PCIe NVMe and actually noticed a difference?
Seeing a lot of reports about benchmarks but not much about real world performance.
