ahahahahah that was a good one

Some good products on that site but this isn't really a bargain that warrants any purchases we wouldn't do already.
I have a feeling the purpose of posting this "deal" is purely for the referral link.

      My thoughts exactly..

And as existing customers we all got the email, so nothing new here

I got the email last Sunday, did you guys also get the:

To give you a jump-start, we’ve deposited a credit of $5.00 USD in your iHerb account

        ?

And as existing customers we all got the email, so nothing new here

I never got the email. Saw it on the banner last night

This guy is notorious for this, he seems to think he is smarter than the rest of us

This post is just a cut and past of spam

      His attitude is also terrible

        yawn .. stalker and bully

        • Youve called me a lot of unjustified, spiteful names before but bully is a new one

Yawn indeed…these kind of spam-referral credit mining posts really do detract from this great site…and you are the chief offender!

Now that Dick Smith and COTD have fallen out of favour, posts such as this stand out a whole lot more….cant believe this has an extended presence on the front page

  • From their website (point 10):

Our bubble wrap is 40% recyclable.

Don't know what this means. Maybe it means the air inside the bubbles is recyclable?

But, I believe this has replaced the existing discount percentage they had when placing orders over a certain amount? Wasn't it spend over $60 and get 10% off? So what you saved on your order could be spent however you pleased, this way the 10% is locked into future purchases from iHerb.

I always place larger orders and receive 10% discount so perhaps the old loyalty program was better for people like me, for smaller orders always receiving 10% credit towards next order may suit others more.

Correct! No more basket instant 5-10% discount.

With US doallars being so high,iHerb must feel getting harder to sell stuff internationally so that this program will help them to retain customers by giving some credits into your account to lure you to purchase next time.Just like Woolies use the promotion of "Spend $100 and get a $10 off your next shop" instead of "instant $10 off a $100 purchase".

If you are a savvy customer, you know that instant discount is always better than any discount for future purchase.Anyway, that is their business strategy,no need to go any deeper.

OH that severely sucks, I used to get like the 14% or max discount % with the way i used to order :(

    • +1

Not to mention you only have a few months to use the discount

  • +2

Replaces old VIP discount which was instant and I didn't need to reorder within 60 days to qualify. So this makes it more expensive for me as I generally put larger orders in every 5 or 6 months to save on shipping.

Plus they have hiked up the USD cost of some of the supplements I order, so I'm gonna scout some alternative suppliers for my next order 'cos iherb aren't as competitive as they used to be.

Also this belongs on the forums, it's not a deal.

  • Just bought using your code :)
