  I first came in here looking for gardening bulbs (daffodils, etc). Then I thought maybe it was for LED lamps for the home… but nope to both.

  The title REALLY needs some improvement.

  Oh, and a bit of disclosure might help…

  We’re based in the UK but ship to destinations all over the world including Australia!

  Ordered on Friday and normally arrive Friday the week after.

  the free w5w bulbs are a nice bonus as it is but Powerbulbs generously upgraded the Osrams to some Philips bulbs when my order total went over a certain amount :)

  Quick postage for sure and quick reply if you send them a query.

  I bought Philips X-treme visions from them for less than half what they cost locally.

  Only negative is being UK based they are not fully versed on what is legal in AU, so do your own research when selecting a product.

    Hi Pete,

    Thank you for your positive review.

    We've recently found out that Australia is a member of the 1958 agreement and has implemented Regulation 37. Our Philips X-treme Vision/Night Breaker Unlimited bulbs are R37 approved, therefore, they can be used legally in Australia.

    In other words, keep an eye out for ECE R37 on bulbs - this indicates that the bulbs are road legal in Australia :)

      Sorry I was a bit general in my comment, no problems with the bulbs I purchased as I had read up on the rules. However when I made some inquiries about bulb options it was recommended I purchase a colour of bulb that is not legal here.

      However I consider it understandable that these things happen, given that you are selling all over the world. Hence why I just wanted to let other Ozbargainers know to do their research.
