Link to store would be handy don't even know who they are.

Should probably go back under that rock then…

My life does not revolve around retail sorry to disappoint.

        • I simply don't care who they are. I know they sell clothes. Meh. I walk around naked. Sometimes it gets me into trouble when I go to the park.

  • -8

What do they sell? Never seen one.

    • +6

It's only the largest fast fashion retailer in the world…

      • -8

And? I get my things from Kmart and cheap online so not a big fashion person, anyway I have never seen one in Aus that's why I asked

        • +5

Don't need to be a 'fashion person' to have heard of H&M. They're everywhere in Asia/Europe. Over here, they've blanketed CBD in adverts.

        • 25.5 Million likes on their facebook page, seem pretty big :P

      • +6

Only their second deal on Ozbargain.
        Only in 4 Australian cities.

So not surprising some people here have never heard of them, especially if from regional Australia.

A relatively recent arrival in Oz. I'm used to the store in Europe, but have never seen any advertising here. Stumbled across a CBD store last week & have walked past their stores in Westfields.

      • Australia seems to be the last place in the world that big international brands expand into, and only after they have exhausted every other potential market. Our high wages, expensive electricity and massively overpriced retail space discourages investment here.

    • +5

They're a Swedish fashion company and are in most Australian capital cities. They're a bit like Cotton On I supposed but have a much wider variety of items, their stuff is of better quality and they are well recognised internationally (massive in Europe). Prices are similar to somewhere like Cotton On I would say so pretty reasonable

      • +1

        Cool thanks for the info

        • No worries, also - because they're massive and based in Europe they tend to offer items in line with newer trends when compared to similar Australian chains

        • +1

          @Pulseidon:

I bought heaps of clothes when living in Europe but walked out of the melbourne store instantly
Prices are 5-10x higher here :(

What we need to print to get this offer? #lol #new #non-facebook-person

    • Offer received via email states 'To use the offer, visit H&M and show this email'.

      • Is that generic email? Can someone post email the pdf of the email? or it is specific?

        • File shared: http://efshare.com/?s=YCK6HZ
Sorry, dont know how to attached pdf here.
          MOD, please add to post.

@ca4cpa: The link seems to be broken :/ Also, how long did it take for you to receive the email? I've waited a few hours and nothing has come through

        • @ca4cpa: your link doesn't work

        • @ascorbic: Oh derp. I set up a filter a couple years back to send all facebook emails to a folder I never look at. That explains why I couldn't find it, even in spam.

EDIT: Screenshot of email (personal information redacted).

        • @ascorbic:
          New file : Link
          Hope it will work.
          I got within few mins.

It sucks that they don't have an online store

      • +3

        thats just a catalogue

        • Someone please explain the difference between a store and a catalogue to the guy

        • +2

@YellowKnight: In a store, you can actually buy the products, whereas a catalogue just tells you that a product can be bought somewhere. Unfortunately H&M AU site doesn't yet allow you to order/buy stuff :(

  • Claimed but don't receive anything in email

    • Received instantly. was in the social tab of gmail, "Facebook Offers: Your H&M offer is here"

      • yup I just got it in the spam folder. Thanks.

    • I clicked on the offer on two Facebook accounts with different emails and haven't received anything. Yes I did check spam folders.

  • Just something to add: H&M has also have their "homeware" product line…not just selling clothes and stuff

  • Has anyone tried the voucher? Does it work?

  • +2

The offer works. Just used the voucher for $20 off

  • H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB is a Swedish multinational retail-clothing company, known for its fast-fashion clothing for men, women, teenagers and children.
Their stuff is of better quality and they are well recognised internationally

  • H & M is simple, but fashion. I like its clothes. Thank you for this Offer.

  • +1

:( Wish they had more stores around Australia

  • +1

I waited for a day for the offer to be sent to my Hotmail, so got it resent to my Gmail and received it instantly. Hope that helps anyone.

    • I used the offer yesterday at Macquarie centre..u need to show the email to claim the offer n it does not work on GC

      • Thanks

  • Would it still be valid to use on the 26th?
