Get creative these school holidays with the NGV Kids Summer Festival, bringing you eleven days of free artist-led workshops at NGV International and The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia. 19-26 January. Workshops are run each day of the festival from 10am-3pm.

Learn to Screen Print with Jess Wright and Lara Davies from Home-Work. Print your own tea towel, inspired by the exhibition Lurid Beauty: Australian Surrealism and its Echoes. Explore the weird and wonderful world of surrealism through your own prints. Home-Work invites you to play, experiment and create just as the Surrealists did. At the end of the day you will take home your own surrealist masterpieces. Recommended for ages 7+. Register from 10.30am and 1pm at the information desk, limited spaces available.
