Sign in to your subway account, go to offers, and click activate.

  • Is this Australia wide?

    • the usual T&C state at participating restaurants

  • Seems like targeted offer - I received BOGOF for both 6inch or footlong.

      • It's not a voucher, you need to click "activate this deal" on your phone at your selected subway and you then have 6 hours(even though it says 4) to redeem it.

      • Hi EC, Sorry its not generic, I have to activate the offer by login to my Eat Fresh Club account.

BTW - just found I also received your deal in a second email so its not targeted, +ve for me

    • I think that's what you get if you just sign up.

  • tempting

  • "Sign inn too you're a count, active eight yore offer, and you're good too go"

    • +3

Geez that gave me a headache. Thought you called me a c%&t too!

But once I deciphered it.. why not "yore good too go"?

      • Variety?

    • +5

Who are you calling a count???

    • I not a count! you bits!!

  • Will using this coupon with a chicken classic footlong, entitle me to 4 pieces of chicken schnitzel?
If so, that is indeed very filling.

    • So 6 inch = 2 meat in total
FOOTLONG = 4 meat in total

      • I think his asking if he can double his footlong for free under this code.

I suppose in theory using the phrase double meat would be doubling the 2 pieces to 4 pieces so it should be aloud. But the intent may be 1 charge of a doubble being $1.50 so you would still be up for $1.50 so it's hard to say.

      • +3

so ordinarily, I purchase a footlong with 2 pieces of chicken schnitzel - as is the standard
With this coupon, at no extra charge I am entitled to 4 pieces of chicken in that same footlong (as opposed to 2).

Unless a coupon only applies to a six-inch…

        Hopefully that makes sense.

        • +1

          Applies to any sub

        • @easternculture:

Wouldn't it be only meats (Salami, Ham, Bacon) and not chicken?

Kinda like how Domino's charge more for chicken.

        • @Roary: I cannot see any restrictions on meat types listed on the email I got.

        • probably not the $5 6" with a drink deal ….. they probably class that as a combo or something.

my go to lunch since macas have priced themselves outside of my impulse buy lunch budget.

    • +2

Add a bread roll from Woolies and save the extra chicken for tomorrow's lunch.

You are a brave person, even by OzB standards.

        Great idea!

  • Got the free birthday sub coming up soon, wonder if they will stack….

    • 6 incher or the full footlong?

      • +2

Lol coming from the dude with the brokeback mountain avatar

        • If it satisfies you that much mate, you can believe it is a brokeback mountain (am yet to see it and after all your hype around surrounding it, you must favour it a lot) avatar. Nonetheless, I was asking a genuine question in which sub you can get using the Eat Fresh Club. :)

        • -1

@TheOneWhoKnocks: no worries mate. Whether you ate the footlong or the 6 incher i hope it left you satisfied - and anyone else you shared your double meat subway eat fresh club experience with for that matter

        • @pointless comment: Have fun with your movie. I'm sure you will keep yourself entertained.

You can stack subways, my record is 4 high.

    • Lern to spell ugrh man

  • I have the current birthday freebie. Can't see why I can't have the free sub with double chicken schnitzel? Both offers are showing in my account…

    • -1

Greedy much??? Notice how the coupon says with 'Sub purchase'

      • +1

An OzBargainer can never be too greedy… Unless you're a reincarnation of broden or egocentric.

        • Actually I think getting the two subs separately is probably better value.

  • -1

    Cant beat double meat

    Thanks OP

    • Have your heard of triple?

      Have a neg

  • just logged in and I appear to have two vouchers for the free extra

  • +3

    Does this include meatball?

    • I would also like to know this too. I can imagine how the sandwich would look with double the meatballs XD

    • I'd like to see them try to fit twice the balls.

  • Used today to get some Pepperoni on my chicken footlong! Thanks OP

  • Loving these deals lately. Got myself 3 $5 footlongs recently

  • Massive thanks op! It's usually already a struggle because I take ALL veggies but pickle and onion. It'll be interesting to see them try and wrap up the sub with double the meat teehee
Edit: They put considerably less veg. I'm sad but not even mad.

  • Can confirm I received this offer with the $5 combo, free double meat.

The store staff were very confused and my phone got handed around all the staff members before someone knew what to do though.

    (Southern Cross DFO Store)

  • At my local store they said there are 2 vouchers, one is for double meat and the other is for a free extra pineapple, avocado etc.

Since I printed and activated 1 of the 2 vouchers in my account, I had to take their word for it and just get pineapple. I checked now that I'm on the computer and it seems that the vouchers are identical, so that means I should of been entitled to double meat today, I will have to awkwardly correct them when I go tomorrow, just wanted to double check I am correct and they made a mistake and haven't missed anything?

    • Correct, they made a mistake. I got it on a pizza sub yesterday.

  • I went to use voucher for double ham today, and they were so busy they didn't notice thus it didn't get put through PoS as extra meat. So I still have my voucher to use for dinner! :)

Can anyone confirm if chicken schnitzel is available as double meat? Can't imagine it would be, there's no room in between the bread for it! Haha.

    • +1

Ask for it on a plate lol

      • You're a thinker.

So, I went to my local store (Hampton) to use this today. All of my worst fears regarding use of vouchers like this were realised. First off, when I mention the voucher at the start of my order, the girl looks it over slowly, has clearly never seen anything like it, and regards it as though maybe I designed it myself and printed it out.
Impatient shuffling in the line behind me.
She calls her superior over, and the same thing happens - she reads the whole thing from top to bottom as though it's a scam.
Impatient shuffling in the line behind me.
The superior asks me for my drivers licence, which I produce. She looks at the voucher again and then asks me what are the extras I want. "Could I get extra meat?". OK..
She starts putting together my order, still holding the voucher in one hand, and glancing at it every now and again as she moves my sub into the toaster.
All in all, I got my 'Free extra meat', but was made to feel like a scammer by the staff, and a huge annoyance to everyone else in the queue.
No criticism to the OP, it's a good deal, I just wish Subway was more of a 'tightly knit franchise' than a loose collection of stores offering the same product.
    Just an FYI

  • Got a free sub instead!

  • Thanks. Didn't even know there's a online loyalty club for subway. And i buy it L most everyweek
