Peter Alexander is overpriced but when it is on sale, it is a little more reasonable if you are looking at splurging on a gift for an occasion.
Otherwise Target and Cotton On often does just as good a job.

Examples:
Kids Sets $15-$19
Men Shorts $15

Plenty of stock in stores.

If you head into the World Square store, the staff members have placed the $15 shorts aside for easy finding.
Similarly with the kids sets, they are all segmented within the store display $19 for the sets.
