This jack is rarely on special and at half price is a bargain IMO.
This jack is actually a rebadged Omega 2T Magiclift which is a commercial, workshop quality unit. That means you can purchase a service kit for this jack should the need ever arise.

The bigger issue is finding a Repco with it "in stock", when there is a sale on. I've never had any luck.
I had my Bayswater store get one sent from their warehouse when there were none in stock. Try asking them, they might do that for your too.
Is this steel or aluminium framed? (can't see that listed so guessing it might be steel).
After using one of the alloy ones I would have trouble going back to the back breaking steel ones (Costco alloy one is usually around the $150-170 mark as a standard price - my mechanic gives them a hiding and they seem to last well). This is not back breaking cos its got wheels and you don't have to lift it. No service kit for the Costco jack so when it leaks you throw it out. Its steel so it won't twist under pressure.
I have this model and its incredibly heavy, definitely made of steel. Excellent construction although the wheel are terrible. They roll best when I have my car jacked up (not at a dangerous level). The castor wheels don't turn but that's a small price to pay for a solid yet cheap jack.
It should also be noted that these don't fit under my car (BMW e36) at stock ride height (i have to drive it onto pieces of wood first). It weighs 30kg..one of the lightest 2T steel jacks out there. All the wheels work just fine and it fits under Corollas, Camrys, Pulsars and much more. You've got a different jack.
In fact i don't have a different jack (its the g2000s) and stating that it fits under "corollas, camrys and pulsars" doesn't make it fit any more or less under and e36 BMW. Those are my experiences not yours.
I've got a very similar steel jack (in fact likely the same one just with a different sticker on it) and have the same experience - it's extremely heavy, wheels are crap, slow to pump up which is made worse by the fact that it just fits under my car and has very little room to pump the handle until the car is up part way. Comparatively the costco jack is amazing and I wish I bought one sooner - so much lighter, easier to roll around (likely in part due to the weight), lower profile so fits under the car better, and twin pistons so it raises the car much quicker.
Out of the 2 I'd definitely go for the costco jack, even if it's a bit more expensive.
Annefagit….You purchased your jack for $100. This jack has never been on sale for that price so you have a different jack. This jack easily fits under my neighbours E36 BMW. Sorry you have a different jack.
"Very similar" is not the same. The Costco jack weighs 25kg..just 5 kg lighter than this. So the Repco jack is 20% heavier but 100% stronger. I know which one I want to be under.
I did not state how much i bought it for so i don't know why you assume i purchased it for $100.
Furthermore, if you jack the car up from the front, underneath the front bumperbar using the front crossmember as the jacking point, the arm hits the bumper at such a height where the hydraulic fluid can't lift the car.
I don't know why you're arguing when you have zero idea what i have or do.
But you did buy it for $100 didn't you. So therefore its not the same jack and the rest of your statements are therefore irrelevant.
If your casters aren't swiveling properly it may be the bearings are installed upside down from new. Happens. Easy fix though. Unbolt and turn over. Just make sure you hold the bearing together or all the balls will fall out.
Costco has a similar model of Alcan Jack for similar price with aluminium construction, lot lighter to use.
that are normal prices nothing special here.
