  On paper it looks lto be slightly inferior to the 640 currently going for $99 at OW and costs $25 to unlock.

    Is it possible to unlock for $25 if you haven't been a pre-paid customers for more than 6 months? I can find the phone in stock at my local store, but not sure about the unlock.

      yup it very much possible to unlock. Mine already unlock yesterday. Using a vodafone network sim on a optus brand Lumia 640 LTE

        head to www.unlockit.code website and buy 26.25 AUD credit with your paypal account.

        You have to create an account with them. when selecting Optus Mobile Phones (Microsoft Lumia, Nokia, Sony Only) unlock via http://www.unlockit.codes/services.php

  I have a 630 and the screen is bad in sunlight maybe this has a better screen. that was the 630 only fault ….. bad screen in sunlight. it's on Windows 10 now and works fine .
