Vibe Hotel Carlton has some amazing rates at the moment, from $99, which includes free parking and free wifi.
I just booked 4 nights at the start of March, and when combinded with binatang's coupon, gave me an average of less than $80/night. Pretty good for a 4 star hotel, only 3km from the city, with a tram stop right outside, free parking and free wifi!
Rates seem to go up on weekends, try weekdays for best results.
It says '24 hour deal', but it was this cheap a few days ago when I looked so I'm not sure when it ends.
Not that amazing - its a old/ tired Hotel and often goes for about $90/ night, still <$80 is cheap.
If you need the CBD its a bit far to walk but depends where you need to be near, note that free wi-fi is 100mb so don't download your emails attachments!
