    The manufacturer is probably from Italy but they may have shifted over production to a factory in China in a new batch. For example just because Panasonic is a Japenese company doesn't mean that products they make isn't made in China now which quite often is the case, even though they used to be made in Japan.

  I have one of these, purchased last week at this price.
  Things I like:

  • on board storage for all included accessories (rotary lance, foaming nozzle, patio cleaner, detergent dispensing head etc)
  • integrated detergent dispenser (massive plus, used this with an outdoor cleaner. Seems to mix at about 10:1 water:detergent)
  • Patio head. You have no idea how good this is until you try it… Covers good territory in little time. Approx 20cm diameter is perfectly sized for most patio areas
  • Good pressure, low noise. Compares very favourably to my former washer (Bosch) which I bought at a similar price point a few years ago and was relatively impressed…. Til I got this one!
  • Very sturdy construction, looks much more 'commercial' than the other consumer brands like Karcher et. Al
  • Easy snap on/off tools, hoses
  • plenty of other available attachments at Masters (Think I'll get the car washing brush next time I'm there)

  Things I don't like:
  - 8m hose is great, but there's only a 3m power lead, which doesn't really make sense to me. Easy to get around with an extension cord
  - can't regulate the detergent dispenser,if there's detergent in the bottle, it'll be used. Thinking of installing an in line irrigation tap on the hose to allow me to switch on and off. Have ordered a 6mm one (hoping that's the right diameter) from eBay and will see how it goes

  Have you guy able to register your product for 5 years warranty thought AusTech? I mean you registered and recevied a confirmation email on your reg?
