it depends on what you're trying to do, if its a spare emergency kit for when you're doing VERY basic automotive work (ie. changing battery terminals etc.) then they are fine.
Engine out replacement? Nah
Theres also an argument that you could start with this and replace any dodgy bits, the sockets themselves should be ok and they go up to a decent 22mm.
This set looks EXACTLY like the supatool one I bought from bunnings. If it is from the same manufacturer and level of quality then I somewhat disagree. The ratchets are junk and will semi-break in no time (especially the screwdriver handle one - made of the cheapest plastic ever) but the sockets are of pretty good quality especially for $7.50. Replaced the ratchets with this and this and the sockets have held up well even with me using them on a breaker bar which I was jumping on.

I find that hard to believe considering that Gripwell is an exclusive brand under the Supercheap group. ie Bcf,Supercheap Auto & Rays Outdoors.
you are selling a worthless piece of junk @$15 and think it's still a bargain @$7.50. it is still junk.
Relax mate I don't even work there for some reason I can't clear the part being associated with bcf, so go take some happy pills. If you don't want to buy one I don't care I just posted it up because someone else might want one.
i bought one of these in a pinch once and they were next to worthless. throw your money away in the sea for a better investment.
