I bought some Audio Technica from them ages ago, very quick shipping and good prices to boot.
The earpads say was $30 now $20,but when you go into the item and add to cart, it doesn't give the $20 price,it just gives the $30
They're pretty rubbish with things like that. The day their current sale started the Bluetooth transmitter on the front page that is listed as 29.50 was still 49.50 on the product page.
I spoke to their webchat support staff who at first said it wasn't even on sale, but eventually I convinced them that it was supposed to be, but they couldn't fix it and I'd need to raise a support ticket.
I raised a support ticket and the response was that only a limited number of them were sold at that price. Given I looked almost immediately from when the sale started, I really feel like that isn't the case and they just don't give a stuff about customer service. From doing some research, a lot of people on headfi agree.
That's not to say I haven't bought good quality products off them in the past for good prices, but this really did irritate me.
Will probably get the Brainwavz HM5 if it still is in stock a few days from now… (A NOTE: prices are in USD, change currency topright corner)
The currency converter is a bit strange though, seems to be messing up my price going from $99 to $130 then $191 aud…
