Hasn't the Sony been $989 before?
The Samsung is $1695 on The Good Guys website and $1895 on ebay…
I'm about to make a big impulse purchase with this LG 65UF680T deal. Can anyone talk me out of it?
don't forget cashrewards …. :P
Can you give me a quick tutorial of how I do this? My first time.
very easy go to the cashrewards site and sign up then find ebay on that site and click go to store, opens a new tab and buy whatever you like on that page.. :) done
but as the ugoagogogogogo below states 2hdmi would be a deal breaker for some (me specially .. that size tv i would want 4)
it only has two hdmi and 1 usb - as long as you are happy with that its ok
Are they HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2?
Wow didn't notice that. I have a PS4 and Apple TV so 2 x HDMI is ok for now. But not sure long term if it's practical.
Hi momo1988,
Please see my comment below before pulling the trigger on this model.
Cheers
Don't do it! I am in the same boat and have seen it at 4 different stores. Finally had a good comparison and it was terrible picture quality..
I think these are appealing because they are soo big. I am getting carried away with the larger sizes but am still considering the Samsung 7200 in 60". I think the best bet is to settle for a good 55" unless you are going to pay more for a better quality 60-60".
Is it eligible for the $100 in store credit from GG?
i doubt that applies to their ebay store.
BE WARNED: THIS TV HAS AN IPS PANEL WHICH ARE KNOWN TO BLEED WHEN REPLICATING BLACKS
I purchased the model above this, the 65UF850T, and while the picture is fantastic during the day, the backlight bleeds through the corners at night.
I am currently waiting for it to be assessed to see if it is a defect. (I doubt it is a defect, as I have read MANY poor reviews. Please do your research before purchasing. http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/uf6800)
Sneaky edit: Here is a few photos of my television at night, http://imgur.com/a/b8wzx
another reason why im a fan of plasma , now i have to wait for oled to get a bit bigger and cheaper
Amen! I'm still waiting to see any LED, 4K or not to match the last of the plasmas. Bad time to be in the market. I just kind of feel for all those who spent obscene amounts to get the first 4K LEDs. Hook-line-sinker.
Wow! That is shite
Should I get Samsung or Lg? Looks like there are some judder issue on Samsung TV?
I have a lg 49inch uhd and would recommend the brand to anyone
there are a few tvs at the goodguys that are post worthy
