Yes, that's correct. Panasonic have a habit of bringing out a new model every couple of years with the same features but with a different handle. I find the Shavershop's ES-LV65 flimsy compare to the more solid built from Amazon.
Specifications of the ES-LV61-A model sold on Amazon on the Panasonic USA web site show power input AC 100-240V so it will work in Australia.

Apparently it can't be used while plugged in for charging which i think is a big negative. So say if you forget to recharge it after going completely flat, and the next morning you go to use it but can't because it won't power off the mains power while charging. You'd have to wait for it to recharge.
it's a nice find OP, well done! I'm still happy with my remington, otherwise I'd buy this one…
